Encompassing most of Weaverville, the county seat, and Little
Browns Creek, Trinity County Supevisorial District 2 is
made up of communities rich in history, culture,
industry and recreational activities including a vibrant
population of senior citizens.
Our most recent highlights include a ground-breaking Community 
Forest project which includes both BLM and USFS property and is working with both the environmental in industry communities in fuels reduction, timber harvest and potentially biomass utilization, all which lead towards a sustainable local economy.
